Refund Policy

At Spirit Crumbs Co., every item is made fresh to order in small batches under Michigan Cottage Food Law. Because of this, we have a strict but fair refund policy in place.

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled only if ingredients have NOT yet been purchased or prep has not begun.
• This is typically within 24–48 hours of placing your order.
• Once prep has started, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

Missed Pickups

• If you do not pick up your order during the scheduled pickup window, it is considered forfeited.
• No refunds will be issued for missed pickups.

Quality Concerns

• If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
• We review concerns on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to make it right when appropriate.

Allergy Disclaimer

• All products are made in a home kitchen that handles common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, and nuts.
• We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
